Devogue – Return & Refund Policy
At Devogue, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we offer an easy and transparent return process.
1. Eligibility for Return or Refund
You may request a return or refund if:
- You are not satisfied with the fragrance.
- Your return request is made within 15 days of receiving the product.
- The perfume bottle is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- You have the order number or proof of purchase.
Opened or used bottles are not eligible for return due to hygiene and product integrity reasons.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact us via WhatsApp, Email, or Facebook inbox with your order number.
- Mention the reason for the return (e.g., “I don’t like the scent”).
- Our support team will approve and guide you through the return process.
3. Sending the Product Back
Once your return is approved:
- Send the sealed product back to our returns address.
- Ensure the bottle is properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.
- Return shipping may be covered by the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
4. Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If you receive:
- a damaged bottle
- a leaking product
- or the wrong perfume
Contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will provide a free replacement or full refund.
5. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Refund will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
- Processing time: 5–10 working days.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used perfumes
- Testers / sample bottles
- Clearance or promotional items (unless damaged)
